Great food however service is slow. Ordering over the phone is not recommend. They always mess up my order

Me and my husband had the worst experience tonight so disappointed we have been loyal customers to this restaurant for many years. Both of our orders were messed up to the point I was unable to eat mine due to being pregnant and not able to eat vegetables because of the heartburn it gives me. The employee was rude and not at all apologetic toward the mistake told me to bring the food back because his boss didn’t believe me when I called to tell them the mistakes. We will never order from this place again for how rude they treated there customers so be warned check your food when picking up, this was something we’ve never had a problem with until now.

Good food but one staff member was very rude. Maybe it's the owners kid? Not sure, but he was rude. I always get my chicken grilled when I go there. The last time I was there this young kid told me no I can't get grilled chicken because they were to busy.... I told him I always get it and that didn't make sense because it they are to busy. Then he huffed away. Took forever to get our food. He had to make a remark out loud that orders are taking long time because someone grilled chicken. He never once came back to our table. Someone else even brought out our food. How can a employee be so rude to a customer that asks for a service that they offer! I was nice and never rude to the kid either.

This was an excellent place to eat Sushi! I love tempura shrimp so I shared a meal of Pink Lady and Dragon Rolls. The Dragon Roll with the cream cheese was just creamy enough. Both had a lovely mix of flavors. I couldn't decide which I liked better because they were both so good! Highly recommend! Wait staff was also helpful and kind.

Love this place great Chinese food and Sushi. Food is always great and the service is always great. Can be a wait at times due to limited # of tables.

Went there last week They are not using American pork? They substituted it with hot dog. What's up with that? Support American farmers. I've always enjoyed the food. This just doesn't seem right.

I used to love this place but now it seems this place has gone down hill since they closed for vacation... They no longer have egg foo young, replaced all the pork friend rice with HOT DOGS!? And no longer have any hibachi items all the things that made me fall in love with this place are now gone...

Terrible service!!!! chicken was hard as rock and terrible! Manager started screaming at me because I asked for different chicken and grabbed my fork from me and started poking my food made a whole scene telling me she’s going to call the police! Like I just came to sit down and eat, enjoy my food and ended up walking out in a screaming arguement with the lady I will never be returning! Never have had someone get mad and rude to me because food wasn’t good and was just asking for something different.

I ordered orange chicken and it came with wonton soup and an egg roll. The orange chicken was nice and crispy, orange sauce was delicious, egg roll with duck sauce was super delicious, wonton soup was really good.My husband ordered a spicy salmon roll, spicey tuna, and a spicy white tuna roll with miso soup and fried rice. Miso soup and fried rice were really good, the tuna rolls were pretty good but the salmon roll was a little slimy. Other than the salmon roll the food came out hot and delicious! Definitely coming back! I didn't even know this place existed!

The service is still great and the staff is very helpful and friendly and you do still at least have sushi on the menu, however, the change in the menu wasn't good. There's no more habatchi and no more sushi appetizer. The sushi appetizer gave easy access to the best tasting real sushi on the menu. It was quick fast and perfect for variety lovers. Please bring it back with the habatchi. This used to be the best place in town.

I had to give one star to give this review! I don’t care how good people say a restaurant’s food is, there is NO excuse for rudeness. Words of advice to your staff....... If you’re having a bad day and are not feeling customer service then don’t be the person who is answering the phone to take orders and give customer service!!!!! Definitely will not be spending my money at this place! DO BETTER!

One of the BEST dining experiences I’ve ever had. Not just at a Chinese/Japanese restaurant, but in general. Good pricing, everyone is on the ball, no matter how busy they are at least 6 employees stopped at our table to either offer a refill, get us boxes and our check, or a bag, or to bring food. We ordered the dumpling appetizer and it came out with 5 instead of 6. One of the cooks came out with another one a few minutes later and apologized we had been one short, we didn’t even mention it to the waitstaff. An all around amazing experience and we will definitely be back.

Love their food. But have been trying to order since they got back from vacation. No answer at lunch and now apparently they close at 930. Change your online hours and your to go menus please.

Food Is great. But every time i have called in the past two weeks in late April early May 2019, to place a pickup order, the phone rings and rings. are they permanently closed?Edit. Looks Like the owner shut down temporarily for remodeling. They should really have a social media presence to inform the public of such things.

U people need to update ur page,it says open on ur page,and u are closed ..so annoying ...

This place has great sushi! Only downside is limited seating. You can get takeout and I recommend calling it in ahead of time.

I love their Smoked Salmon Philadelphia rolls with a side of Yum Yum sauce and their sweet and sour chicken. The staff is very nice and I received quick service.

I had such high hopes for this restaurant since the reviews are mostly positive, but was let down. The service was good, no complaints - quick, attentive, & friendly. The food was mediocre. Steamed pork dumplings that were very watery, both the King Pao & Garlic Chicken had sauce that was so thin it was almost flavorless, and the chicken in the King Pao was tough and chewy. Over all I was unimpressed and most likely won't be back. It would be hard to highly recommend this restaurant, especially with their prices.

Love the food never have a problem best quality!

My dinner had absolute horrible flavor and the chow mein was very mushy. I’ve always liked the food here ...... 😢 Price went up but quality went down! $12.50 and my dinner in the trash!

Used to be our favorite spot. We would refer everyone who hadn't tried it. Unfortunately it's gone seriously down hill. No more hibachi or pork, the lo mein lost all flavor and they added (I kid you not) hot dog fried rice. It doesn't help that the owner screams at anyone questioning the insanely long wait time or an order being wrong. I myself have never been the brunt of his anger, but I've witnessed it being lashed out at a few costumers while waiting for my food. So we found a new "spot". I really thought Jin House was going places. Idk what went wrong.

Everything about this place is amazing! Great food, including sushi, every time we visit! The service is so fast and friendly and the portions are large. Our pick for oriental cuisine!

The only reason i didn't give it a 5 star rating is bc they still don't have hibachi yet. Bring it back!

This place used to be so delicious.... Now they are absolutely awful! Not sure what happened but it started going down hill when they replaced pork with hot dogs! Will never be back.

The sushi was great. A really good value for what you are getting. I enjoy coming back into town and stopping in here to enjoy some great food.

Great food but they have recently done a menu change from what I typically used to get. Some of the rolls I would get are different and I didn't notice till I got home to eat them.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. A hidden gem for Asian food. Sushi and Chinese food. Very fresh ingredients and varied menu. Really enjoyed our visit and highly recommend

I wish bluefin was available here. Good bang for your buck here but seating is limited and it has a fast food restaurant atmosphere. Mizu is my all time favorite which is 30 minutes down the road.

Fantastic chinese food and sushi

This is probably one of the best Asian restaurant in Lorain county. Everything is fresh and comes out HOT!!! So hot you have to let it cool before you can dig in. I have loved everything I've tried there. Their sushi is the best I've ever had! Only drawback is there is very little seating. In winter it's cold in there since there are people constantly coming in to eat or for take out.
